Open Positions

Regional Customer Care Technician: Des Moines, IA


A Customer Care Technician is responsible for maintaining medical equipment within the territory of coverage. Duties to include preventative maintenance, service call response, direct customer interaction and installation assistance. This position frequently operates solo, with projects conducted in a team setting, within health care facilities as well as construction sites, and will require local travel. Technical abilities and strong communication skills are a must.

The Rhino Group was born to ensure healthcare providers received outstanding products, impeccable support, provided by people who care. The Rhino Group is a major regional distributor of capital medical equipment products, services, and solutions. We distribute and service equipment used in surgery, central supply, sterile processing, emergency, and diagnostic service areas, patient rooms and care areas. Since its founding, The Rhino Group strives to be set apart in both quality, service, and customer care. Currently, The Rhino Group has a presence in Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Our team’s continued dedication and commitment to excellence has brought us to where we are today and we trust we will continue making a positive impact in the healthcare industry in the years to come.
